Have to agree, the PQ wasn't great at all. Regardless of the darkening issue it had, it seemed to have too much DNR, some shots had no clarity and looked waxy. I really wasn't happy with the transfer so I sold my copy.

Personally, I don't have a problem with Twilight Time's pricing. As I've said before, barebones dvds used to cost £19.99. For 3 or £4 more, TT sells limited edition BD's (and for me, that doesn't mean it has to be loaded with special features). Hard Times, Christine, The Driver and The Blob will sit proudly on my dvd shelf.

The problem is that after customs/RM have had their way its a good £12-£15 quid more than £19.99. £30+ for a studio catalogue title, however good looking it may be is bonkers. However I am guilty of buying the odd one or 2, and I will by HARD TIMES because Bronson is just about my fave actor of all time! But I do wish someone with scruples, like Olive, had got their hands on the film instead of Twilight Time.

You'd be the first person to have a customs charge ordering something from them. I've never had any, and don't know anyone who has.
