I think it's a brilliant concept and fascinating way of telling a story; I should watch the Redemption Blu-ray again soon.

Remo Williams the adventure begins

A fine piece of 80s action. Part of its charm is the chemistry of the two leads, ever scene they share is a pleasure to watch. Other highlights are the statute of liberty and the Doberman pincher's. Shame we didn't get another film or a tv series which really would of suited it. 9.5/10

The evil

A excellent haunted house movie which is well acted , atmospheric and creepy. For me and probably in the minority here it's superior in nearly ever way to amitivillie horror. 9/10

Werewolves on wheels.

First viewing and enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. Acting was better than I was expecting, with some nice cinematography. Downsides not a lot of werewolf action and the dvd cover was misleading not one werewolf riding a motorbike. 7./5/10

It is. It started off very well really enjoyed the bit with the satanist monks and was expecting a werewolves vs satanists battle and werewolves on motorcycles. Hey that's the main reason I bought it! But it fizzled out quickly after meeting the monks. But as I said i enjoyed it and it had a certain charm.

Dogs of Hell (1982)

Dogs of Hell (AKA: Rottweiler) is about a pack of rottweilers who have been bred and trained to be vicious killers by the U.S. military, who then escape after the truck transporting them crashes outside of a small town. It is then left up to the town's sheriff and his deputies to see off the lethal canine threat whilst the townsfolk panic, run around, and become appetising snacks for the marauding rottweilers.

Obviously, the film-makers thought that on paper Dogs of hell wasn't entertaining or gimmicky enough, as they then decided that this film would make a good 3D experience - which can be seen in some of the shots where things are intentionally prodded, pushed, and thrown towards the camera lens. Unfortunately, whilst this may have won over some of the theatre-going fans of the time, it comes across as very forced and silly when watching at home, and doesn't really add much to what is essentially a very mediocre and stilted film.

This really sounds like non-starter.

How are some dogs a threat?, have they never heard of rifles or tranquilizer darts?

SPOILER:
in the end they just lure all the dogs into big building and set it on fire... overkill at its finest!

Dogs really aren't much of a threat to sustain a whole movie.

No, it was quite stilted as I said above. They kept flipping between the military scientists and the townsfolk to kill some time, plus there is an overlong drawn out intro where you're unnecessarily introduced some of the townsfolk, most of whom are doomed to become dog chow anyway.
