Casablanca (1942)

Kind of annoying when you realise the first movie you watch in 2021 will be the best movie you watch in 2021.

Happy New Year to you all!

It may be downhill from here, but that doesn't mean you should stop looking for a new favourite film!

Happy New Year to you too!

It's awful. I'm about 16-20 movie reviews behind. I watched four last night.

Wake the f*ck up, dude!

I generally only have time for one film a day. I used to watch a couple every day but my routine has changed because of feeding and handling Echo in the late afternoon/early evening, which isn't the best time to watch a film.

Everything Is Terrible (2007)

Wheel Of The Worst: The Movie.
For non RLMers, what this means is a myriad of "instructional" VHS tapes carefully stitched together. I'm old enough to remember "scratch video", so this was a lot of fun to behold. Taking postmodern to the nth degree, the source is mainly Murican in nature, so you can exorcise your inner Clive James here cough.
The sequels are ... less effective tbh, even if the "religious" one is rather silly. Ahem. The same friend recommended a documentary ....

I’m the same I get to watch one a day with things like having to see to a dog walking her 3 times a day, entertain her, and chasing her away from the 3 cats, and a wife to see to house work and what ever other bollocks .

The Bloody Video Horror That Made Me Puke On My Aunt Gertrude

A man is wrongly accused of a murder, whilst the real culprit remains free to slaughter due to incompetent coppers. Made by 4 people it seemed, what with the amount of wigs on show cough. The villain is slightly "foreign" ... though that accent could best be described as generic ahem. The tape noise throughout turned out to be a fault in the actual tape, as it remained during the trailers you got at the end (...must find Ghould School, as that looks like a right load of nonsense .... )

All these movies you're watching, D. Are they real or are you just making titles up?
