Arrow agreed as it was either accept the version with Storaro's preferred aspect ratio or not release the film at all.

If you want to continue discussing the aspect ratio and other technical elements of The Bird with the Crystal Plumage, please do so on the dedicated thread:

The Case of the Scorpion's Tale
The Social Network

Never seen Scorpions Tail before, thought it was decent but not spectacular. No Torso or All The Colours of the Dark. Was my second viewing of The Social Network and still love it.

I watched a double feature of Porkys and The Unnamable Returns today and was sent into hysterics by the first one, and saddened by another Lovecraft idea being crap.

Saw Hobo With A Shotgun at the Sheffield Showroom's Cult Tuesdays. Entertaining for the most part; the audience enjoyed it. The screening had trailers for They Live and Q: The Winged Serpent, the latter put a huge grin across my face. It's Stake Land next; any comments?
