I liked both the original Zombie Diaries and this follow-up, but I can understand why it's one of those polarising 'Marmite' films, a little like The Blair Witch Project (of which I'm a big fan).

I've just finished watching Class of Nuke 'em High, which was a stupid, but good fun movie and am now watching Rollerball for the very first time.

I'm planning on watching Surf Nazis Must Die tonight, I just hope that my lady friend (she's not my special lady, man, she's my lady friend!) is up for it!

Most of the diary type films are `marmite` films. Like you i loved Blair Witch, quite like the sequel as well, i enjoyed REC and think Diary of the Dead is superb.

However i hate Cloverfield and Zombie Diaries.

I didn't care for Blair Witch (or the sequel), but liked Diary and Cloverfield. Love REC, too.

Anyone seen The Last Broadcast? Another marmite film, but it's so much better than Blair Witch in my opinion.

Heard the Last Broadcast was good, but in truth i don't really like these lost/found footage films, you seem to spend half the film looking at the floor or ceiling.

I much preferred Blair Witch as The Last Broadcast has some pacing problems and there was the whole 'who's holding the camera' part in the final scene which bothered me. I did like it, but would rather watch The Blair Witch Project.
