Well I'm still waiting for the all new CGI effects version of Silver Nemesis iank. Do you ever think we'll see that day arrive? Never. I've got more chance of the winged creature in "Kill the Moon" landing a BIG EGG on my Cornish bungalow than the BBC ever doing justice to Silver Nemesis. |

I won't be watching Dr Who anymore, that's for certain. I'll be happy with this year's Christmas Special, and that's it. 1 to 12. I'll blank the regeneration scene out or just switch the TV off. My prediction will be that the new series will have solid ratings for the first couple of ep's, but it will steadily go down hill. Hope it sinks without trace, and gets the chainsaw massacre treatment from the viewers in the ratings. |

Composer Dudley Simpson has died aged 95. Simpson was a composer on Who in the 60s and 70s and ultimately composed the score for as many as 290 individual episodes. RIP.

In the late 1960's, Katy Manning demonstrates the size of the fish that she almost caught!

They lose the ability to be frightening when you realise their name is an anagram of...dish rag!

To be honest i've always thought them a bit rubbish. Never been sure why Jo was so frightened of them.
