Let's say it had promise, it really hit its stride in the last season with story's about Vulcan, Klingons , romulans and the forming of the federation. The last season is what it should of been from the beginning without the story's about the xindie and the temporal Cold War in the other seasons. The fourth and last season was probably my favourite season of any trek show.

Jeffrey combs is great as the Andorian shrank and each of his episodes are a pleasure to watch, but he is no stranger to Star Trek as he played liquidator Brunt and Weyoun in deep space nine

Glad you like it Trebor. I already have the first 3 seasons and thoroughly enjoyed them all so far. Pleased you think the fourth is the best.

Combs is in quite a few episodes of Enterprise if i recall.

I liked the fact the ship didn't look clean and the characters were flawed yet you could root for them. Archer made a fine captain, almost out of the Babylon-5 school of captains.

It's was a nice change that they weren't the usual nearly perfect federation types and was also nice that unlike the other shows nearly everyone was more advanced than them.

Watched the first two episodes of Person of Interest last night. Pretty good so far actually.
For all the post911 surveillance paranoia gimmickry, so far it reminds me of Quantum Leap more than anything else. A super-computer that has details of a crime that hasn't happened yet and two guys (one more physical than the other) trying to stop it and save the innocent? Hmm...

Mind you, Jim whatshisface is a bit more violent than Sam was.

The Jinx

Two episodes in. I was wondering how the hell they would get 6 episodes from this. Shows I should shut my whore mouth, surprisingly interesting.

Godfather 2. 200min

175+200=375min = 6hr 15min

so this version is 49 min longer = 7hr 4min

Only downfall is their showing it all in one sitting with no adverts.
Sounds very much like 'The Godfather Saga', from 1977

Confession time: I have never seen an episode of Star Trek – any season, any series.
