Both parts should still be available to watch from the BBC iPlayer if you have a TV licence.

The missus put the first part on last night. Must be honest I only lasted 20 mins or so, i found it really dull. Not a patch on And Then There Were None which aired last year.

Star Trek TNG. Best of both worlds.

Still one of the best if not the best cliff hanger in television history.

After a bit of a hiatus I went back to season 7 of Star Trek TNG with Gambit parts 1 and 2. While it started slow it soon picked up and it ended up being the most exciting storyline in the last 10 or so episodes.

Quite enjoyed series 1 of Ghost Whisperer. 'Monster of the week' kind of stuff, which i prefer. No doubt that'll go out the window in series 2, as they all like their show 'mythology' after a successful first season. We'll see.

Pretty Little Liars is a different viewing experience for me. Basically a high-school soap opera with some thriller undertones. Normally when i watch box-sets i see 2, 3, or even 4 episodes at a time. With this, i'm watching 1 episode each time - and that's plenty. Lots happens each episode and as they all follow on in a continuous story it is like watching a soap opera. There's no need to binge watch it, or i'll get overload. 2 or 3 episodes a week is fine. Keeps the story in my brain without outstaying its welcome.
