Bill Osco's Alice in Wonderland and Debbie Does Dallas II. It's gonna be an 'adult' weekend of the 70s variety here at home, methinks!

Question: How long does it normally take to update the firmware on your BD player? I'm guessing it depends on what model you have, well mine is one of those Techinka players from Tesco.

Answer: Entirely depends on your Blu-ray player, but I guess the high spec models (such as the PS3) will be much quicker than a cheaper model such as yours. Also, Internet speed will make a difference, so there isn't a definitive answer.

Ah, ok. My internet is fast but this BD player has caused me nothing but grief as it freezes and if I want to watch a dvd I have to stick the disc in and then turn it off by the plug and then back on again! And now the ****er doesn't seem to want to upgrade itself.

The only reason I haven't bought a better one is because I didn't watch any BD's or dvds for a good few months. I'll be buying one soon, though.

Just got a mighty long list of code red titles available from bill.

One or two i've already got, and some of the 'pornier' stuff I can take or leave but still looks like a pretty expensive weekend for me. I get paid friday and i'm betting when bill gets back to me with the total bill (including shipping to the uk) I'm betting its $100 minimum.
