I do love the film (easily in my top 3 films of all time), so I am unashamedly biased. Although, I also have the Criterion DVD, and I found it to be a significant improvement on that.

just watched Inception, brilliant film, very original with some fantastic direction from Chris Nolan and some good performances. Only problem is they should lose the first 10-12 minutes as it makes no sense. Rest of the film is relatively easy to follow. 9/10

I watched Inception twice at the cinema and wanted to see it again but never got the chance. Thankfully, my order of the Special Edition briefcase has been shipped so I'll be able to watch it over and over again to try and figure out the ending and see what exactly was meant when someone, I forget who, said that Leonardo DiCaprio's wedding ring is important.

This afternoon/evening, I watched Dr Giggles, a slightly daft a reasonably effective horror about a psychopathic doctor who escapes from a mental institution and goes on a killing spree, The Elephant Man, David Lynch's brilliant film about John (Joseph) Merrick and Carrie which is still an impressive and enjoyable watch.

i don't think his wedding ring was important, the little spinning top was though.

I know the spinning top was crucial but apparently you have to watch it and keep an eye on his wedding ring. Don't ask me why because I haven't done that yet, but I will and shall report back to see if it is of any great significance.

Ilsa, Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks - Cheesy, sleazy and I thought even more ridiculous than the first one. You can tell that it wasn't shot in the Middle East though as to me the environment they shot in looks nothing like that. Dyanne Thorne's accent is all over the place too, which I suppose is part of the appeal. Average.

I loved Inception!
Didnt notice anything about the wedding ring though.

I had to cancel the briefcase cause of money and also it looks inferiour to the French and US briefcase. So went for the HMV exclusive with lenticular sleeve which is pretty cool.
Not been shipped yet though.

You got a link to the US briefcase Nekro? - Can't seem to find it, and didn't think that there was one tbh.

The French one is nice (and includes a steelbook version of the Blu too) but is stupidly expensive for what is essentially one film; hell even the UK version is pricey! Not sure where I'm going to put it yet either - I'll have to see how big the briefcase is when it arrives!

LIGHT BLAST - Daft but fun actioner from Enzo Castellari with some great, gory melting effects, shoot outs, car chases, and a hitman who looks like porn legend John Holmes.
