Another spin ... what a terrific film! It bombed so says it all really!

Check it out if you ain't seen it yet.

Oh and how did it ever pass as 15 with all that violence?

IMHO this film is an underrated gem!!
Ya know Bio, I really liked this film from the off in the 80s. I had a bootleg VHS version that was almost unwatchable, but never tired of watching it. It was also bragging rights that I had seen it AND owned it as it was yonks before it was available here in the UK. Tis kinda dark and gruesome too!

I have the first R1 release. I think it is a bit barebones version.

I had a remix of S-Express's Superfly Guy with vocal samples from TCM2 in it!! Goodness, wonder if I can find it again?

Agreed it's a superb film, I guess it got past the censors 'cause there more worried about sexual violence these days.

One of the bad things about one's computer being tied up in computer 'ospikul is that you find ever-more interesting DVDs you want to watch but nothing to play them on, or no-one to watch them with. I always watch my DVDs alone, though, that said - no-one else is interested in what I watch.

That said, I watched Dead Man's Shoes again last night - brilliant film.

None of my mates are into real horror movies so all the time I watch random movies I watch em alone.

Brain Damage - loved this, the most inventive horror film I've seen in years. Not sure why it took me so long to seek this one out as I've always had a soft spot for 'Basket Case'.

Just seen Let Me In

Hmm I just could not get into it as a serperate movie, it was well made and Chloe was awesome but it just felt like any hold remake. Granted it was one of the better remakes but still it cant touch LTROI.

On the Game - Seventies British sex comedy that is shot as a mockumentary, charting the history of prostitution. It all comes across as tacky but is moderately good fun and often quite educational.
