Just watched WILD BEASTS and it wasn't as fun the second time around, it was pretty boring actually. Oh well at least you get to see an elephant squishing someone's head.

just seen Puppet Master 3
it was ok I think, didnt really think much of the back story though.
it was kinda boring at times plus the actor that played Toulan in part 3 was not very good at all and did not seem right for the part!

Catfish - whether it's 'real' or not (I think not but read that the directors still maintain it was genuine), I thought this was a superb, gripping thriller.

Its not really a thriller in the mold of a Shyamalan twist ending, even if you know the end it still works as a great little suspense movie.

Although they did base alot of the publicity on "Don't let anyone tell you the end!" stuff, if you go into it expecting something to live up to that line then you'd be very disappointed.

That will spoil the viewing experience. I made a great effort to avoid knowing anything about the film other than it involved Facebook in some shape or form, so whenever someone would come and try and talk about the film I would tell them I wasn't interested and to 'stop talking -- now!'.

I have to agree knowing the ending of Catfish will ruin it quite a bit.

That's true as the ending, although important in the narrative arc, isn't hugely important as it's the journey to get there that is the most intriguing part. I imagine that, even if you know the ending, it will still have an emotional impact once you have followed the people and the various messages and phone calls.

If you do rent it, please let us know what you think -- preferably without any spoilers!

Oh dear! I just can't get away with Titanic. I saw it twice at the cinema as I thought it was rubbish the first time and was then offered a free lift to see it again and I thought 'Why not, maybe I was wrong the first time'. I wasn't. The same goes for Spielberg's War of the Worlds, a film where I actually had a little doze on the second viewing!
