I watched Wrestlemaniac for the third time last night.

Its a film i can't really recommend, it has a generic plot about a group of amateur (porn) film makers who end up stuck in an old ghost town, and end up stalked by a mutant Mexican wrestler.

It has some decent gore fx, and some of the worst dialogue and acting in memory.

However i really enjoy it, but if someone were to say its terrible, then i couldn't argue otherwise.

Tonight, I've watched:
Max Schmeling: Fist of the Reich -- a portrait of the German heavyweight world champion Iva cinematic genius Uwe Boll, for review purposes
Anti-Clock -- a bewildering and challenging drama
Fando & Lis -- the surreal monochrome film by Alejandro Jodorowsky which isn't quite up there with the best of Luis Buñuel, but is still a pretty good mind****!

just watched a film called ALIEN HUNTER starring James Spader, interesting film that rips off The Thing story wise and even uses the footage of the Norwegian expedition. Entertaining none the less.

Last night I watched Monster. I have been looking forward to it for a while as I have heard a lot of good stuff about it.

I found it ok, not amazing. I knw the monsters were supposed to be kind of in the background, but I was hoping for at least a little bit more.

Is that the obscure British film? I've been wanting to see that for years.

Yes, when it began, I wasn't entirely sure whether I was watching a documentary in some bizarre investigation into Videodrome and the effects of watching something like that or a strange, overly cerebral drama that was screwing with my mind. When it finished, I figured it was the latter, but was still not much wiser!

How would you rate it? Is it worth hunting down?
