Personally i love Lost Highway but even though i like Mulholland drive i don't think it's as good.
I know that's going against critical opinion, but i guess the whole thing about Lynch is that because it's very personal to him and intuitive it all kind of depends whether you connect with it personally.
I really don't know whether that makes sense, it makes sense to me but i've been on the beer 2night.
Then again i like Dune and Wild at heart so what do i know.

I went to see Bad Neighbours yesterday evening. If you saw the trailer then there is very little in addition to see here. If not then you will find it to be an occasionally amusing but largely boring film. One to avoid I am afraid.

Dallas Buyers Club this evening and then Godzilla tomorrow theres a lot of original (English) language films in Bremen's Kinos this weekend (Hooray!).

'Cube', via the Japanese BD. One of my favourite 90's films. Was happy to find it just as enjoyable now, despite a couple of dodgy performances.
Watched the extras, not a great deal to report, the best being an interview with the lovely Nicole deBoer.
Are the sequels worth watching?

Cube Zero is actually a prequel and is rather good as you get to see more in terms of the people behind the Cube (to some extent anyway). The sequel Cube 2 is a little too ambitious for it's budget and runs away with the pseudo science a bit. Plus, It suffers from very poor performances overall and the FX work is also a victim of the film's budget. Worth a watch I'd say, but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it unless it was very cheap.

According to wikithingy it's got an alternative title of 'Haunted house' which is pretty bizarre considering the film.
Haven't seen it for a long time but remember i enjoyed it when it came out.

Commando

The the austrian oak at his best, none stop action, classic one liners( let of some steam Bennett ) . Really nobody today can touch him or Sly at what they did. 10/10

Friday the 13th part 4 8/10
Friday the 13th a new beginning 5/10
Friday the 13th Jason lives 7/10
Friday the 13 the the new blood 8.5/10

After watching these and being so long since I had seen seven I'm going to have to say I enjoy it more than four, I really like the whole psychic thing and it's one if not the only film were Jason gets his ass handed to him and you can see him getting more and more pissed after every ass kicking.

Think I'll be continuing my David lynch boxset by watching wild at Heart later

They really could of done so much more with tommy Jarvis, especially if they stuck with Corey Feldman.
