On Ebay I found a version sold at a 2012 convention with a limited edition slipcase (Mine's 845/1000).Cost me £30.00 but It's nice to have something collectable & it's a great Who story.Along with Image Of The Fendahl it's one of my favourites.

Well, the 3rd episode of ATTW was a bit rushed to my mind, Survival Of The Fittest (a 4 parter, apologies) should be interesting. Been rewatching ....The Silurians AGAIN, as have sucked Colony In Space dry haha. Was in Aberdeen yesterday, and the shop-with-the-dog had a lack of Real Who, and at say £28() for Meglos, i can't see them shifting more......

They deserve to go bust with prices like that. Absolutely ridiculous!

If one was to put together a top 20 of Doctor Who serials what would be on your lists? Be interesting to know what people consider there personal favorites. It may seem heretical to say but out of all the doctors Hartnell has yet to capture my interest though my exposure to his stories are extremely limited to be quite honest .

Forgot to answer my own question. 2nd Doctor Tomb of Cybermen (there was another story in which Troughton played a dual role but cannot remember the name of it. 3rd Doctor The Daemons Sea Devils Inferno Doctor Who and the Siluarians Terror of the Autons Time Warrior The Three Doctors 4th Doctor Genesis of the Daleks Talons of Weng Chiang Brain of Morbius Pyramids of Mars Keeper of Traken Revenge of the Cybermen Horror on Fang Rock 5th Doctor Kinda Earthshock Caves of Androzani Arc of Infinity 6th Doctor Attack of the Cybermen Terror of the Vervoids Mark of the Rani The Two Doctors Vengance on Varos 7th Doctor Curse of Fenric Survival Battlefield Remembrance of the Daleks I'll stick with just the faves from the classic Who for now. Obviously I haven't seen much in awhile so I'm going on memory the list will probably change as I rewatch episodes and discover new favorites. Keeper of Traken wasn't there before but rewatching it I really really enjoyed the story and the writer actually did something with the Adric character.

There are other stories with the actor playing the Doctor appearing as a different character: 'The Masacre' (AKA 'The Massacre of St Bartholomew's Eve') from 1966 has William Hartnell also playing the Abbot of Amboise. Sadly, this is another missing story 'Meglos' from 1980 features Tom Baker playing both The Doctor, and also Meglos in humanoid form In 'Arc of Infinity' from 1983, Peter Davison appears as Omega in humanoid form

Arc Of Infinity is an episode I actually liked a lot. I loved the character of Omega. One of the reasons I cannot completely enjoy the new Who as much as the original is because I think the whole "Last Timelord" thing was a HUGE mistake. I loved stories that took place on Gallifrey or involved the Time Lords. Two of the best Who stories(Genesis of the daleks and Deadly Assassin showed how to properly use the time lords) I've only seen a couple of Hartnells so I couldn't put any on the list. (I know a lot like it but the Aztecs made me want to stop watching right then and there)
