Tonight's first viewing is crucible of terror which I've not seen in donkeys years since I was a kid when itv and bbc showed horrors on Friday night, this will be followed by one of these paul naschy films when I decide which, unless someone has a suggestion.

Night of the werewolf
Vengeance of the zombies
Inquisition

Back when i used to do drugs n' stuff i once spent a night on acid listening to the soundtrack of "Prince of Darkness" in a darkened bedsit where the shadows looked like a giant spider in the corner of the room,
My mate had crashed out at the time.

Surprisingly i wasn't too freaked out, but it was a warped night to be sure.

We watched a few odd things alright cough. The Shining for one . Only time I ever really saw something that wasn't there. Whilst about halfway through, I looked round and the rest of the room was covered in a snowdrift. Ahem.

Couldn't really top that so ' retired', so to speak
I only see the little pixies ... when my eyes are open
Night!!

I used to see stuff but recognised that it was a figment of my imagination and a product of the drugs. So never totally lost it.

I remember freaking out slightly when i went in a bathroom and a hairbrush was shagging a sponge.

To this day it's still the most Cronenbergian thing i've ever seen.

The sponge was breathing and the brush was pumping, you get the idea.

Could have been worse it could have been Shelley Duvall.

I haven't seen shit loads of Nashy, but so far my favourites are Werewolf shadow, Blue eyes of the broken doll, Hunchback of the morgue and Horror rises from the tomb.
