Intrusion. Vinegar Syndrome DVD.

Along the same lines as Sex Wish and Forced Entry but nowhere near the scuzzy brilliance of those two. Woman home alone when nasty rapey slimeball intrudes and forces her to do the nasty with him. Her friend arrives and is forced into joining in. Knife play that makes House a-t-e-o-t Park drop its head in shame livens things up a tad but when he drops the knife muff diving, one of the ladies gets all stabby on him. He dies. End credits.

Porn of the Dead. Loaded Digital DVD.

Ever wondered what it would be like to have loads of anal sex with rotting zombies? Yeah, you have, don't lie, you've thought about it! Well, think no more, watch instead! Umm...yeah, that's about it. Naked zombie women. Check. Anal sex. Check. Bit of gore. Check. Boxes all ticked, what more could you ask for?

And that was my Tuesday night while the missus and boy were away.

Kudos Boo!!!

Though I can't quite get the thought of 70s sitcom style mishaps with a premise like that ... out of my head. AHEM.

Paranormal Activity 2007

Katie and Micah believe that there is something happening in their house and set up a camera to see what happens.

Back in 2007 this was mentioned as the most anticipated movie, I went to the cinema to see this movie and there was a few screaming people at it which was a laugh.

The two main actors were told to improvise as if they were experiencing a real haunting of their own which did pay off. There is very little special effects which was not required, there is some shadow movement which helped the movie.

Like any other mediocre horror the film was clearly over hyped with the teaser trailer and the shaking hand of the camera holder, and best watched in the dark. 6.5 out of 10.

Watching the Del Toro/Romero interview on season of the witch blu ray, please watch it, if you a fan of either filmmaker. Del Toro is a very erudite film analyst, and I would gladly pay to hear him interview any number of other film makers.

10/10

I saw a clip of that on Twitter, possibly from Arrow's own Twitter feed, with Romero talking about the inspiration for Dawn of the Dead. It looked like an extremely interesting and enlightening conversation.
